Sometimes, if it is very similar each year, I don't create a new instance for each year since it is a similar "script" to "run" each time, mostly unchanging.

• ...or evolving and improving each time, but not mostly going to be different specifically to each time.
• The template itself can also evolve and change, and still be helpful each year.
• So which to use can be a judgement call.
