Install java and make sure it is in the path

Click, find & download Java and install it per their instructions. (Unless you know otherwise, get "JRE": Java Runtime Environment). Can try OpenJDK instead?
Of course JDK or Java SE are OK too.
(I prefer to install OpenJDK via packages provided on Debian or OpenBSD so full source code is available and buildable, but for Windows that's life. :)
